[caption id="attachment_1745" align="aligncenter" width="817"]IDC Gili Islands IDC Gili Islands[/caption] The candidates are understanding the principles of all the teaching presentation, confined and classroom. And it is just practicing their knowledge and implementing it in their assignments. It was the second day of classroom presentation and confined water presentations. This time Course Director Sander Buis and IDC Staff Instructor in training Mellie were a little bit more strict. If you become a Dive Instructor you are going to take people into a pool. These people have been maybe never been underwater before in their life. That is way control become so important, even in the pool. But The control of people becomes even more important when it come to diving with people in the open water. The open water is more unpredictable than the pool, there can be currents, marine life, waves, bad visibility, and more that will have an impact on your students. For all candidates it was an excellent learning day. And they see and feel their own progress in to becoming a PADI Dive Instructor during the Instructor Development Course (IDC) with Dive resort Oceans 5.
