Padi Instructor Course Gili islands July Day 7

IDC Gili Islands July Day 7 Today the candidates started in the 25 meter pool at Oceans 5 IDC dive resort, confined open water presentation 3. The skills free flow regulator, deep water exit and cramp removal. All these skills look easy when you see them, but actually there are a lot of things were you instructor have to think of during the skill. In the afternoon Course Director Sander Buis explained how to use an PADI Instructor manual. There was a presentation about the General Standards and Procedures, and the students had to make some practice questions. At 16.00 the day was over. Everyone tired, but no homework for the next day. Tomorrow its a relaxing day. Practicing rescue skills the whole morning, and an unexpected Confined Open Water presentation for the candidates. During lunch they will get an assignment and they have to prepare it in 10 minutes. Oceans 5 dive resort and Course Director Sander Buis are preparing the candidates for the real life. In real life an instructor does not have 1 or 2 hours or longer to prepare a course. You, as an instructor, should be ready any time. We will have some serious fun!
