PADI IDC Gili Islands, PADI Career Development Dive Resort

All 3 IDC candidates of the April 2011 IDC of Oceans 5 on Gili Air have passed their Instructors Examination! A big congratulations to Cecile, Anna and Simone for being new dive instructors!! Everybody was very nervous during these 3 days, but after the theoretical part on day one, the candidates were a little bit more relaxed. The IE was held on Gili Trawangan and the exams were taken at Grasia Resort. There were 3 groups for the IE with students from Lutwala Dive resort, Dreamdivers, Trawangan Dive and of course Oceans 5. All candidates did really well and everyone passed… We all like to thank Sander Buis, Owner of Oceans 5, Camille Lemmens our Course Director, Oceans 5 staff and our PADI Examiner George Wegmann. The first ever Padi instructor development course (IDC) with Platinum Padi Course Director Camille Lemmens at Oceans 5 Dive Gili Air has fininished. The candidates, Simone, Anna and Cecile are ready for the PADI examination held on the 10th-11th of May on Gili Trawangan. One of our instructors, Phil, became during this PADI instructor development course a PADI IDC staff instructor. After the IDC all candidates developed their dive knowledge and dive skills more by doing some specialities, like Enriched Air, Digital Underwater Photography, Oxygen provide, Fish ID, Naturalist and Videographer.
