IDC Lombok has starded

It time again for another PADI IDC, or PADI Instructor Development Course at IDC dive resort Oceans 5 dive. PADI Course Director Sander Buis welcomes Lewis and Margot to the course and Allen for staffing the IDC. In the morning there was a exam and in the afternoon a pool session, how to demonstrate skills. Demonstrating skills is just playing in your own Broadway musical, showing the people a beautiful story, that they can tell at home. The candidates have the explain the dive skills so clear underwater that the future students will understand the skill and will remember it for the rest of their life. IDC practice days at the Gili Islands

The Gili Islands IDC is over! The next 3 days is it only practice. Today we had theory in the morning and 2 confined sessions in the afternoon. It is still serious but the IDC candidates and PADI course Director Sander Buis are having a lot of fun. The skills of today for the IDC candidates were: * partial mask * regulator recovery * quick reverse * underarm push The candidates passed all the confined session with fantastic scores and they are ready for the PADI Instructor Examination (IE). The candidates didn't practice only 4 confined presentations, till now they have done 7 confined presentations, so they have practice a lot of skills.
