Day 2 of the PADI Instructor Examination started at 9.00 in the morning with the confined water sessions, followed up by the last part of the examination: the open water sessions.

Finally at 12 O'clock the word was there: "From now on you are PADI Instructors!"
Oceans 5 IDC dive resort congrats all the candidates, Marcos, Pascal and Valentina for achieving their goal to become a PADI dive Instructor. Melly became a PADI IDC staff Instructor, and wants to become one day a PADI Course Director. Also PADI Region Manager Tony Andrews and PADI Marketing Manager Sheridan Hatcher were at the celebration of the candidates.
For PADI Course Director Sander Buis is was his first PADI Instructor Development Course. To celebrate this Oceans 5 organized a buffet for all divemasters, instructors and owners of the island. During the buffet there was a presentation by PADI Region Manager Tony about the benefits to become a dive professional and there was a Marine Lecture about Manta behavior and conservation by Aquatic Alliance.
At the end there was a little surprise, snorkel tests, even for the new PADI Course Director!
