During the Padi Yoga Diver course at Oceans 5 dive resort you will learn different techniques to deal with the above questions.
The course is designed to be an introduction to Yoga and how it can be applied to Scuba diving.
If you like to do the course you have to be:
1) a certified Padi Junior open water diver or qualifying certification from another training organisation
2) 10 years of age or older
The Padi Yoga course has 2 dives and a yoga class. During the course you will get explained what yoga is, practical application through yoga posture practice, meditation and visualization techniques and proper procedures for bouyancy control.
