Padi instructor course at Oceans 5 dive resort almost over!

Diving around the Gili islands is fantastic. There are always turtles around, the clownsfish always wants to play with you, and the water is cristal blue. Many people started diving there and become so addicted that they wanted to live the life style of a dive instructor. They like the athmosphere on the islands, being relax, no cars, no motorbikes and no dogs. And in the evening enough bars and restaurants to have a nice time. At this moment Oceans 5 dive resort has 7 people who are following their dream to become a Padi dive instructor and hopefully work on the Gili Islands. The instructor development course (IDC) at Oceans 5 dive resort is almost over. There are 3 days to go and after then there will be a Padi Instructor Examination (IE) over 3 days. Day 4 of the Padi instructor development course (IDC) at Oceans 5 is on the run....

The first few days the Padi instructor development course (IDC) at Oceans 5 dive resort concentrates on the diving skills and the dive theory. It is important that all candidates shows their skills very slow and clear to their futher students. Padi instructor development course (IDC) at Oceans 5 dive resort has started!

Oceans 5's Padi instructor development course has started. Oceans 5 dive resort welcomes Paden, Cindy, Max, Matt, Lara, Marius, Signe and Agnes. The course director of the IDC will be Padi Platinum course director Camille Lemmens. The instructor course will take 10 days. There are possibilities to do some specialty instructor training. Emergency first response instructor course (EFRI) at The Gili Islands

The 15th of August Oceans 5 dive resort conducts a Emergency First response instructor course (EFRI). The course takes 2 days. During this course you will learn CPR and first aid skills. CPR and first aid are important skills that are in high demand. As an Emergency First Response Instructor, you can teach these skills to others so they can be prepared for an emergency. Next Padi Instructor development course (IDC) on Gili Air starts the 18th of August

Oceans 5 dive resort and Platinum Padi Course director Camille Lemmens are conducting a Padi Instructor Development Course (IDC) the 18th of August. If you like to become a PADI dive instructor this is your chance. Learning, traching, practising and living on a tropical island is what a lot of people dreaming of. Gili Air is one of the 3 islands called Gili Islands. They are located on the North West side of Lombok and are famous for their snorkeling and diving. On the Gili islands are no cars, motorbikes and dogs, so its a relaxing place to start your professional dive carreer. Diving around the Gili Islands is great. The Gili islands have dive sites with the big stuff like sharks, bumphead parrot fish, turtles, and sometimes rays, also there are dive site for the macro lovers, the seahorses, pipefish, mimic octopus, mandarine fish, razor fish etc. Th dive sites are maximum 30 minutes away from the dive shop and after every dive the dive boat return to the dive shop on Gili Air. The IDC takes 10 days and after the IDC there is a possibility to do you MSDT prep. The training days are starting at 8.30 and will be finished around 16.30. You will have some homework after.
